✅ Cancellation BEFORE Shipping:
If you cancel your prepaid order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
✅ Cancellation AFTER Shipping:
If you cancel your prepaid order after it has been shipped or refuse to accept delivery, ₹118 will be deducted from your refund as a delivery fee.
This covers our shipping and handling costs.

✅ COD Security Fee:
All COD orders include an extra fee of ₹118 as a security deposit to cover shipping costs.
✅ Successful Delivery:
If you accept your COD order, we will automatically refund your extra 118 to your account if you dont these 118 rupees will be detucted as a shipping charges
❌ Refused Delivery:
If you refuse or do not accept the COD order, the ₹118 security fee is non-refundable.
This helps us cover the cost of shipping your order.

Refunds are only processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days after we confirm your eligibility.
